Is it really free right now?
Yes. We haven't set up payments — we couldn't charge you even if we wanted to. During early access, the entire product is free.
When will you start charging, and how much?
We don't have a date or a number yet. We're focused on getting the product right for our first salons. Whatever we do, it will be fair, and you'll hear about it 30 days before it takes effect.
If I sign up now, do I get to keep it free?
That's our intent — early salons shouldn't be punished for backing us early. When paid plans land, we'll offer an existing-customer path that respects that.
Do I need a credit card to sign up?
No. We don't ask for card details. You create an account and you're in.
What if I grow beyond what Early Access covers?
There aren't artificial caps right now — unlimited workers, services, and appointments. If you need Pro-tier features (multi-location, SMS fallback, CSV export), join the waitlist above.
Will the Free plan disappear when Pro launches?
Our plan is to keep a free tier so smaller salons always have a way in. The exact shape of it will depend on what we learn from our first salons.
