Is it really free right now?
Yes. During early access the entire product is free, no credit card required. Multi-location, WhatsApp booking, unlimited staff and services — everything.
How much will Pro cost when it launches?
Our planned price is $19/month, flat per salon — same rate whether you have one chair or twenty. Multi-location chains pay the same flat rate as single shops. The price shown is indicative; we'll confirm before launch and existing Early Access salons will be the first to know.
Why $19 flat instead of per-staff or per-location?
Because per-staff pricing punishes salons for hiring. A 5-chair shop on Vagaro pays ~$70/month before processing fees. We'd rather grow with you than tax you for it. One price, regardless of size.
If I sign up now, do I get to keep it free?
That's our intent. Early salons shouldn't be punished for backing us early. When paid plans land, you'll get 30 days notice and we plan to honor an existing-customer path that respects your loyalty.
Do I need a credit card to sign up?
No. We don't ask for card details. You create an account and you're in.
Do you take a commission on bookings?
No. We don't run a marketplace. We don't process payments. We don't take a cut of anything your clients pay you. We just run the calendar. You keep your existing card processor and your full revenue.
What's in Pro that isn't in Early Access?
Pro adds: custom domain (book.yoursalon.com), public REST API for Zapier and custom integrations, SMS reminders alongside WhatsApp, advanced reporting, and priority support. Everything else is identical.
Will the Free plan disappear when Pro launches?
Our plan is to keep a small free tier so independent stylists always have a way in. The exact shape of it depends on what we learn from our first salons.
